Our Story
Built by operators,
for operators.
We built IronRing because we watched great tradespeople lose jobs to voicemail every single day. The best plumber in town shouldn't lose to a worse plumber who just happened to answer the phone first.
The founders
Ryan Palmer
Co-Founder
Provo, UT
Ryan has spent years watching local trade businesses lose revenue to problems that should be solved. He built IronRing because the best HVAC tech in town shouldn't lose a $1,200 job to a competitor who just happened to answer their phone first.
Mason Ferris
Co-Founder
Roseville, CA
Mason grew up around the trades and has seen firsthand how a missed call can spiral into a missed customer, a missed referral, and missed growth. He built the systems that make IronRing work — and he's obsessed with making them faster and smarter.
Why the trades
Trade businesses are the backbone of every community — HVAC techs keeping families cool in July, plumbers fixing the pipe that flooded the kitchen at midnight, electricians keeping the lights on. These people work incredibly hard and deserve tools that work just as hard for them.
Most AI products are built for white-collar knowledge workers. We built IronRing for the people in work boots.
Two-market strategy
We operate out of Roseville, CA and Provo, UT — two high-growth metros with enormous home service demand, expanding contractor communities, and a shortage of qualified labor that makes every missed call even more expensive.
We serve contractors nationally, but our roots are in these two markets — and we'll be here long-term.
Stop leaving money
on the table.
The average home service business loses $126,000 per year to missed calls. Your AI receptionist costs less than a tank of gas per day.
